November 12, 2008 at 3:02 PMWell I found the first site helpful, a little confusing, but still useful, as for the second site.....IT HAS ALREADY BEEN POSTED BY 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE, myself being the first one to post it, then FLASH.....so my only peice of advice would be to look at other people's posts before doing your own.
